The islands are administratively part of Krabi ProvinceKoh Phi Phi Don is the largest and most populated island of the group, although the beaches of the second largest island, Koh Phi Phi Le are visited by many people as well. The rest of the islands in the group, including Bida Nok, Bida Nai, and Bamboo Island (Koh Mai Phai), are not much more than large limestone rocks jutting out of the sea. The islands are reachable by speedboats or long-tail boats most often from Krabi town or from piers in Phuket Province.

JAMES BOND ISLAND (KHAO PHING KAN)

Place : James Bond Island (Khao Phing Kan)

Location : Phang Nga Bay northeast of Phuket.

Open Hours : 09:00 am – 21:00 pm

Descriptions : Khao Ping Khan, also known as James Bond Island. Once the location for "The Man With The Golden Gun", the island jutting out of the surrounding emerald-green water is a great place to take some snaps as you remember some of James Bond’s best moments. The trip begins with an early morning hotel pick-up and takes you to Ao Po Pier from where you hop on a speedboat and head to the picturesque Phang Nga Bay.
